    Hi Jude,
I don’t know if you remember me, but I was “on book” when you wee in ‘”The King…” I read about your experiences and book. The irony is that I am now being treated for breast cancer as well. I am really looking forward to seeing and hearing you – a little humor will be very welcome. Best, Kay Abella

I’m on page 231 last night trying to read myself to sleep but I kept laughing (out loud) about the trip the sisters and cousin took to Cancun. Instead of putting me to sleep it kept me wide awake, wanting to read more and more. I have two daughters who so far have survived breast cancer (one at Sloan Kettering), and one of them had it twice. I plan to buy the book for each of them. Barnes & Noble didn’t have it so will try Amazon.com.

  3. Hello Jude,
I’m a writer who’s in the process of having their MS edited, Victoria Wright is my editor. It was mentioned on her site that you were very pleased with the work she’s done on your book Brest Left Unsaid, and I was wondering if you could confirm that you are satisfied with the editing work that Victoria has provided with your book?

Just got recent comments from Judesthinkin . I’m the Alice Crowther who wrote one of those comments about her two daughters having had breast cancer (one having endometrial cancer as well) and that I was buying the book for each of them. In the meantime I’ve learned that you lived on Long Island before moving to Ct. We lived in Port Washington until we moved to Ct. in 1971. I’ve often wondered if there was something about certain areas of Long Island that pre-disposed itself to cancer in some way. Can I ask you what part of L. I. you lived? When are you going to write another book?

Hi Alice! I wonder about that as well. LI has a high rate of bc. I lived in Melville. Not working on a full-length book at the moment but hope to, soon. Be well. – Jude
